I completed my 200 hour YTT in 2017 and have been teaching since.
During a yoga class with me you will receive one on one attention in the form of assists and a little bit of massage because i just cant help myself. My yoga classes start slow to connect you back to your breath and body, then i add some flow and hold poses longer to challenge you physically and mentally, ending with a soft and sweet slow down.
I offer classes out of my home space, indoor classes are capped at 6 and outdoor classes coming this summer will be 10 per class.
I also offer one on one or ladies night classes if you have a group of friends that want to have a few drinks do some yoga and have snacks i can accommodate most requests.
everyone is always welcome to my classes, age and experience don’t matter all you need to do is show up.
